Changes To Orders
Due to our fast processing time once an order is placed changes can be made within 2 hours of purchase. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org one of our team members will respond and make the desire changes.
We have a 7 day refund/return policy, which means you have 7 days from the delivery to request a refund/return. We charge a 2$ restocking fee for all refunds/returns unless it falls under fault of Nalisha’s Closet.
To be eligible for a refund/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item we suggested that you get insurance on your package. Nalisha’s Closet is not responsible for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. We will email you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to the original payment method on file minus the shipping fee and 2$ restocking fee. If a discount code was used only the price paid will be returned not the original price of the item. Allow 5 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center. NO SALE ITEMS are accepted for returns.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com one of our team members will response within 24 hours. You’ll need to provide the name, order number on file in the subject line, and provide a reason for return in the description box. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Due to the fact our items are in high demand and sell out quickly we DO NOT offer exchanges. You can return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims must be made within 5 days from the delivery date.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to file a claim. One of our team members will respond within 24 hours. You’ll need to provide the name, order number, and email on file along with the damages and/or issues. Pictures also accepted if possible to make the claim go faster. We will instruct you on how to return the item. Items sent back to us without first submitting a claim WILL NOT be accepted.
