We are a USA based company. All orders are shipped out via United States Postal Service (USPS).
*SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE*
*Shipping Rates - Prices are calculated at checkout by USPS based upon destination, weight of package, and the desire time frame. Free shipping for USA orders $100 and up.
*Processing Time - Please allow up to 24 hours for orders to be processed not including weekends or Holidays.
*In-Transit Time - Starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time of up to 24 hours.
*Express Shipping - Orders ship same day if placed before 3PM EST. If placed after 3PM EST, orders will ship on the next business day.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email after your order is placed. Your order will process, and when it leaves our Distribution Center you will receive another email with tracking information for your shipment. Please use Track My Order to determine when your package is picked up, in-transit, and delivered.
Make sure your order address is correct. If your item is not deliverable and is return back to our Distribution Center; you will be issued a refund for the purchased item minus the shipping fee. Please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed. To have your order reshipped there will be another shipping fee applied.
Nalisha’s Closet is not liable once a package has been scanned into the USPS system; they are responsible for your package. If you do not receive your package or miss the delivery please contact USPS and provide them with your order tracking number. They will assist you on filling a claim.
International Shipping Information
Our site is in USD; use the currency converter at the bottom of our website to change the currency. The conversion rate depends on the payment method company used for the transaction. Nalisha’s Closet and the shipping carrier do not have control over how long customs hold a package. We do not cover customs fee charges, import duties, taxes, or any other international fees. Check with your local post office to find out your country’s shipping procedures.

Changes To Orders
Due to our fast processing time once an order is placed changes can be made within2 hours of purchase.Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org one of our team members will respond and make the desire changes.
We have a 7 day refund/return policy, which means you have 7 daysfrom the delivery to request a refund/return. We charge a 2$ restocking fee for all refunds/returns unless it falls under fault of Nalisha’s Closet.
To be eligible for a refund/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item we suggested that you get insurance on your package. Nalisha’s Closet is not responsible for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. We will email you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to the original payment method on fileminus the shipping fee and 2$ restocking fee. If a discount code was used only the price paid will be returned not the original price of the item. Allow5 business daysfor us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.NO SALE ITEMS are accepted for returns.

You’ll need to provide the name, order number on file in the subject line, and provide a reason for return in the description box. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Due to the fact our items are in high demand and sell out quickly we DO NOToffer exchanges. You can return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims must be made within 5 days from the delivery date.

You’ll need to provide the name, order number, and email on file along with the damages and/or issues. Pictures also accepted if possible to make the claim go faster. We will instruct you on how to return the item. Items sent back to us without first submitting a claim WILL NOT be accepted.
